Roger's background includes many years working for Systems Integrators (Sema Group, Cap Gemini), software product providers (Sema Group again, CSC, Cerillion), management consultancies (DDV, Logica Consulting), and now as an independent consultant.

Clients in the telecomms market have included: Belgacom; Bellsouth; BT; Bulldog; Caudwell Communications; Euphony; Eurotel Praha; FREEDOM4; Genie Internet; Maltacom; Mannesmann; MCI Worldcom; O2; Proximus; TCNZ; Telfort Mobiel.

Demonstrable experience

  • Strong familiarity with all aspects of project management, from planning to activity management, risk management, change control and release management, and acceptance procedures
  • Experience in selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts and commercials, running pilot/proof of concept stages, negotiating post live support arrangements, negotiating contract change
